We are Back to the Future fans and collectors. Most of the items in the store are from our personal collection. If an item doesn’t sell, it stays on our display shelf. If an item sells, we use the proceeds for more Back to the Future items or for comicon tickets.
PayPal is used as a payment facilitator for all purchases on this site. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit/debit card to pay via PayPal. PayPal offer protection, so if you don’t receive your item, you can tell PayPal and they’ll refund the payment.
We really try to describe the items for sale exactly as they are. Many of the memorabilia items are pre-owned and may display some signs of wear. If you receive an item that doesn’t match the description when you purchased it, then please return it for a refund.
Factors that determine pricing are the worldwide rarity value, the number in our personal stock, the complexity of manufacture and the chances of us replacing the item. Prices of an item will fall when stocks are high and increase when stocks are low.
All prices include insured UK shipping. If you want to order from outside the UK – please email us at sales@bttfdelorean.com and include your address for a quote.
We cannot be held responsible for any duties or charges levied by the customs authorities of the country where we send an item.
